Instructions for use

Apply adhesive to the two surfaces to be bonded using spray pressure equipment suitable for a 2-component product. Press the surfaces together within the open assembly time.

The spraying equipment: The adhesive congeals (thickens) very quickly when in contact with acids, salt and corrosive materials. To avoid any blockages in the spraying equipment, the following instructions should be noted: The metal parts in contact with the adhesive or activator must be made from acid-resistant steel (type 316). Materials such as aluminium, iron, copper or brass may cause problems. Plastic parts are recommended. The activator pump must be suitable for pumping acidic solutions. The adhesive will go lumpy upon contact with the air and a skin will form. Should air get into the equipment (e.g. when changing the adhesive or activator container), the equipment must be de-aerated (circulation). In addition, ensure that there is no air in the hose between the pump and the gun.
