100% committed to reliable delivery!

Customers are given a delivery date when they order from us. Our warehouse monitors the agreed dispatch time in real time. Precise deliveries are needed for work to progress smoothly at construction sites and plants. Thanks to our own, local production, we can guarantee 99% reliability for domestic deliveries. If products are ordered before noon, they are shipped in the same afternoon at the latest.

Customer expertise provides mutual benefits

We listen to customer feedback and develop our training programmes on construction, renovation and industrial applications, to ensure that our products are used correctly. Our training events are attended by almost 4,000 customers a year, who come to update their knowledge and skills regarding our products and their use. As well as face-to-face training, we provide convenient online induction via our eKiilto training website. In addition, our free technical and product support services provide professional users and households with advice about our products and working methods.

During this year and the next, every Kiilto employee will learn about the operations of one Kiilto customer, the environment where our products are used, and the customer's expectations of us.
