2. Eligibility to participate
All private persons permanently resident in Finland, aside from those on the organiser's payroll and their family members, are eligible to participate in the prize draw. In addition, the employees of subcontractors involved in the production of Kontakti, and their family members, may not participate in the competition.
3. Dates of competition
The competition will begin on 7 December 2016 and end on 31 January 2017.
4. Participation in the prize draw
You can participate in the prize draw by filling in the Kontakti customer magazine feedback form via the link www.kiilto.com/yhteystiedot/yhteydenotto/kontakti. All persons who have completed the feedback form and signed up for the prize draw will be participants in the draw. By participating in this prize draw, the participants commit themselves to complying with its rules.
The prize for the draw is ten Finnkino cinema tickets for two. The prize cannot be converted into cash.
6. Prize draws
A draw will be held as soon as the prize draw period ends and the winners will be informed of their wins in person. If a winner cannot be reached within two (2) weeks of the prize draw, a new prize draw will be held. The organiser will carry out the prize draw. The organiser may announce the name of the winner on its website.
If the notification of win or the prize is returned to the organiser due to incorrect address information or some other delivery problem, or if the winner has acted in breach of these rules, or otherwise against the law, the participant in question will be disqualified. The prize must be claimed by 31 February 2017.
7. Responsibility of organiser
The organiser will pay any statutory prize draw taxation on the prize. The prize winner releases the organiser of all liabilities for all damages caused, or claimed to have been caused, by participation in this campaign or receiving the prize. However, the above provisions shall not in any way affect consumer's rights conferred by consumer protection law. Notwithstanding this, the organiser's liability for paying damages to the participants shall not exceed the value of the prize mentioned in these rules.
The organiser reserves the right to change these prize draw rules.

4. Purpose for which personal data is used
Personal data is used for performing the prize draw and handing over the prize.
5. Description of group of data subjects, regular data source and data content of register
The register contains the personal data of participants in the Kontakti prize draw, which has been collected from the persons themselves via the internet. Data, added to the feedback form by the person in question when entering the competition, will be gathered on the personal register. The data gathered on the register is that collected on the form: feedback, name of recipient, position, company, email address, postal address and telephone number.
6. Handover of data
Register data is not disclosed to parties other than the controller. Neither is it disclosed to parties outside the EU or European Economic Area.
7. Rights of data subject
Right of access and right to rectification
The data subject has right of access to data pertaining to him or her on the register. Contacts made in order to gain access to the data must consist of written and signed communications sent to the address mentioned in section 1. If there are errors in the register data, the data subject can present the person (mentioned in section 2) who is in charge of register-related issues with a request to rectify the error.
Right to restrict processing
The data subject has the right to forbid the controller from processing data concerning the data subject for the purposes of direct advertising, distance sales and other direct marketing, marketing surveys and opinion polls, and vital records and genealogies. With regard to the right to restrict the processing of personal data and demand its rectification, the data subject may contact the number mentioned in section 2 by phone, or the address mentioned in section 1 by post.
8. Principles of register's protection
There is no manual content.
Digitally recorded data:
Only employees of the controller who need to process data for work-related purposes have the right to use the register containing data on the prize draw participants. Each user has their own username and password for the system. Access control is used to monitor access to the offices in question. The data is collected into databases protected by firewalls, passwords and other technical means. The databases and their backups are located on locked facilities and only persons designated in advance can gain access to such data.
