Kiilto air and radon leakage repair systems

Choose Kiilto's tested sealing solution, based on high-quality materials, for tighter structural sealing and the control of air flows in buildings. Kiilto's sealants are M1 classified.

You can choose the best solution and working method for the site in question. We provide Kiilto Airblock products for controlling air leakage, and one and two-component sealing systems based on waterproofing materials.
In addition, large surfaces such as walls and ceilings can be spray-sealed. This can save time and materials and make work easier. Kiilto KeraPro and Kiilto Airblock Coat are suitable for spraying.

Kiilto Airblock - sealing products

  • A tested system for repairing air and radon leakages
  • 1 component, tape-free sealing material
  • Colour: White
  • Elastic material, no primer required
  • Excellent adhesion to range of substrates
  • Can be painted over with e.g. Tikkurila's Luja and Teknos' Trend interior paints
  • Kiilto Airblock Coat can be sprayed on – seal wide surfaces easily and quickly by spraying
  • Kiilto Airblock Fiber is fibre-reinforced – can be brushed on or spread with a roller

Kiilto Airblock products can be used flexibly for sealing various surfaces, connections and penetrations. No reinforcing tape or primer needed. Kiilto Airblock Fiber and Kiilto Airblock Coat are white products with excellent adhesion, which form a finished surface or can be painted over. The membrane thickness of Kiilto Airblock products has been specified as 0.4 mm. Use a tool such as a Positektor 200 ultrasonic gauge to measure thickness without breaking the membrane.
 
Kiilto Airblock Fiber is elastic and has outstanding crack-filling properties.
Kiilto Airblock Coat is in liquid form and can be sprayed on.

Kiilto Airblock products were developed in Finland and are made in Kiilto's own plant. They have been awarded the key flag and M1 classification.

Kiilto KeraPro barrier system

One-component Kiilto KeraPro is a fast, easy-to-use barrier which has been proven ideal for the spraying of large surfaces in particular. Its orange colour stands out and darkens as the barrier dries. The KeraPro material should always be covered, for example by levelling or painting it. Use Kiilto Kerasafe Saumanauha sealing tape or Kiilto butyl tape to reinforce sealing on window, floor, wall or ceiling connections. Instal in accordance with separate instructions.

Kiilto Keramix A+X sealing systems

  • A 2-component, cementitious material, light grey
  • A tested system for repairing air and radon leakages

Kiilto Keramix A+X is a traditional, reliable choice of sealing material for new builds and renovations. Kiilto Keramix A+X is frost-tested and durable. Use Kiilto Kerasafe Saumanauha sealing tape or Kiilto butyl tape to reinforce sealing on window, floor, wall or ceiling connections. Instal in accordance with separate instructions. When using this system based on waterproofing agents, always protect the surface of the material (for example, with levelling compound or paint).

NB! Detail drawings are not completed plans and must not be used as such when engaging in sealing repairs. Sealing repairs of structures should be planned separately for each location; make detailed adjustments to the plan in line with the location's structures and the materials to be used.
