Self-adhesive, flexible, plastic Kiilto Level peg is designed to measure the thickness of a smoothing compound layer or thin straightening screed layer applied either by pump or hand.
Remove any loose dust from the substrate to be levelled/cast. Kiilto Pro Start Primer is used in most applications, see product specific instructions.
Fasten self-adhesive Kiilto Level pegs on a primed surface that will be levelled or cast. We recommend using pegs at 1–2 metre intervals, depending on the size of the floor and the amount of the screed applied. The desired height of the layer is checked by a plane laser or builder's level, and the level pegs are cut to the required level.
