Application

One-component Kiilto HS is a very fast bonding elastic adhesive sealant based on new polymer technology. Suitable for the gluing and sealing of various materials in demanding structural bondings that require fast curing. Good adhesion on various stones, concrete, most metals, wood, glass and glazed surfaces, as well as epoxy and polyester surfaces. With plastic and rubber, preliminary adhesion tests are recommended prior to actual use. Excellent adhesion to different materials - in most cases no need for priming. Elastic, yet a mechanically strong bond. Does not contain isocyanate, PVC or solvents. Almost odourless. Good resistance against chemicals (weak solutions). Excellent resistance to weathering and UV radiation. Almost non-shrinking. Paintable with most paints (test always before use).

Instructions for use

Ensure that the surfaces to be sealed/bonded are clean before applying adhesive. Remove the clip using pliers or cut the sausage's head open. Set the sausage to a sealant gun and attach the nozzle. Cut and shape the tip of the nozzle to the appropriate size and form. Apply with a manual or pneumatic gun and spread with a trowel, if needed. When gluing large area surfaces or in very dry conditions, we suggest light spraying with water (approx. 5–10 g/m 2 ). Close the package carefully after use. Uncured adhesive can be removed with xylene or acetone, cured adhesive only by mechanical means.
