Application

Kiilto Cleaner 303 is used for surface cleaning. Kiilto Cleaner 303 is a composition of solvents and effectively removes grease and dirt from different metal and plastic surfaces. Does not contain aromatic solvents. Kiilto Cleaner 303 is well suited for the cleaning of crude, galvanised or anodic metal surfaces. Can also be used for plastics, but always test on a small area before actual use. Suitable for cleaning fresh Kestopur and Kiiltoflex adhesive residue from glued surfaces and metal tools.

NOTE! Kiilto Cleaner 303 must not be used in automatic washes of glue spreading machines.

Instructions for use

Wipe the surface carefully with a damp, lint-free cloth. Wipe the surface with parallel, not rotating, strokes. Change to a clean towel when needed.

If you have to remove dirt or oxidants from the surface, or the surface is to be sanded before gluing, clean the surface before sanding. After sanding or grinding remove the dust carefully and clean the surface with Kiilto Cleaner 303 once more. Gluing can be done after the surface has dried, normally after 10 minutes at +20 °C.

Remove fresh adhesive residue with a dry cloth or paper, and finish with a lint-free cloth wetted with Kiilto Cleaner 303.
