Materials

Application

Polyurethane adhesive for gluing of seams of artificial grass filled with sand. For both manual and automatic application. Used in conjunction with Kestopur 200/S hardener. Easy spreading, good ridge forming. Work on the pitch can be continued soon after gluing. The adhesive has good bonding and gluing properties also in cold conditions. Can be used for gluing of reinforcing tapes also on flexible substrates. Preferred working conditions between +15–20 °C . Lowest working temperature +5 °C

Instructions for use

The surfaces to be bonded must be clean. Depending on the case, remove grease and other impurities by solvent. First stir resin and then add the hardener and stir until the mixture is evenly colored. Apply the adhesive with e.g. notched trowel over the seam tape. When pressing the grass material and the joining tape together, ensure that the glue spreads evenly. With profiled coverings remember to use a trowel with a sufficiently deep trowel. The covering must be re-rolled within 1.5 hours from gluing. We recommend using a tile roller. If rolling is not possible, ensure during gluing with weights that the seams are fully and evenly covered with the adhesive. If gluing in damp conditions, protect open resin, hardener and resin-hardener containers from rain.
