Instructions for use

Add 15 weight parts of Hardener M into 100 weight parts of Kestokol M 610 adhesive and mix well. If the pot-life of the mixture is exceeded, the mixture starts to foam. New mixture can be added into an older mixture within the pot-life.

Check that the joints fit well. Apply adhesive one sided evenly. Assemble and press the parts together aiming at an even squeeze out for the whole length of the bond. Joint bondings can be pressed in a cold, thermo or high frequency press. Thermo and high frequency presses shorten the required pressing time significantly. In order to determine the necessary pressing time and ensure the adhesive joint strength, adequate tests are to be carried out before use in full-scale production.

Parts may need to repose for a while before further machining to reach the necessary bond strength. The final strength and water resistance of the bond is reached within 7 days.
