Kestokol 95 + Hardener M can be used for the coating of plywood boards with foil and is suitable for continuous coating pressing lines.

The pot-life of the mixture is at most approx. 60 min (20 °C).

In unopened containers, above +1 °C, for 12 months. After long storing, stir before use.
Add 7 weight parts of hardener M into 100 weight parts of Kestokol 95 adhesive and mix well until the mixture is uniform in colour. If the pot-life is exceeded, the mixture starts to foam. New mixture can be added into an older mixture within the pot-life.
Apply adhesive in a uniform coat. Surfaces to be bonded must be free from dust, grease etc. The adhesive can be applied either on the foil or board. After the application of adhesive the foil should be immediately pressed. Use a roller or level press for clamping the materials together. Since it is crucial that all air is pressed out of the bond we recommend using roller press. If using a level press, the surface must be rolled first to get the air out Extra heat, max. + 40 °C, may be used to shorten the curing time
